  I called them in November 2016 to fill our tank. It was under 5%. They never answered the phone and never returned my messages. I ended up switching to another company. I've since, called them to please come pick up their propane tank and they still have yet to do so. It's still sitting in my back yard. It's going on four months just trying to get a hold of someone. We were customers for 5+ years and never an issue until they were bought out by this new company. Would not recommend - especially if propane is your main heat source.
